This is not just a must watch movie which come every month!!.Its a movie Redefines a genre.one of best masterpieces of 21st century.I watched it 8 times continuously in theatre.I have watched this film 32 times till now.
Its my personal(although you will find millions having same view as me on this movie) view,i dont know what do you think of it.

If you havent seen D D, you should do some homework - find out what "primary" and "tangent" universe are.
"The Primary Universe is basically the 'real' universe - the universe in which we live in.
The Tangent Universe is the Universe where we witness happens throughout the movie, and basically 'branches' off the Primary Universe, and is exactly the same. However, the Tangent Universe is unstable and only lasts for 28 days before it collapses, taking the Primary Universe with it as well."
Understanding them help you a lot in not to shout out "wtf was going on" after watching that movie.
And Mulholland Drive, damn... David Lynch is a genius, the movie impressed me so hard that it can never get out of my head, but the too-hard-to-get-it plot kept it away from my top 3.
Nah I have not seen The Artist,Shame,A Dangerous Method, Blade Runner,Dark City (i missed so much!). DRIVE is a decent movie with flawless plot, but not enough twists to bring the emotion.
Fight Club is ridiculously overrated i think!
Just watch Dark city.i have donnie darko.But actually i have saved it for some occasion,as i have already heard too much about it.many said that its the greatest indie film after pulp fiction.and many more thing.I am going to watch it now.
among all the directors prior to 1990 after hitchcock and felini I will choose david lych and david cronenberg above all others including SCORSESE,SPIELBERG.please watch dark city.you will like it for sure.

Most overerated movies which i have watched till this date are-TITNIC(so-so),AVATAR(Pigshit,simply below medicore.),The kings speech,The artist,Gladiator(good,but far from being great,its not even very good.)
james cameron is most overrated director.
Please watch these three movies if you find time-A.DM,BLADE RUNNER,DARK CITY(watch it 1st,you will be awe of yhe movie.)

While talking about underrated movies,have you watched IDENTITY(2003)?its a terrific mystery thriller,highly underrated.
On titanic and Avatar,thats why i hate those movies.Only for eyes,nothing for BRAINS.not even for heart!.and ZERO for adrenaline pump.Atleast a film should have one these 3 lements.Talking about visuals,I found TRON LEGACY a good one time watch.I enjoy the UNDERWORLD series because of its unique graphics and some terrific action beacuse they provide the Adrenaline pump needed.Resisdent evil afterlife also had very well staged action sequences.
AVATAR doesnt provide any of 3 elements i look for.thats why i hate it.For the same reason i hate ALICE in wonderland.have you watched SARKAR?its the best possible modern adaptation(not completely as it is partialy based on real life politician BAL THACKEREY) of GODFATHER.awesome movie.SARKAR RAAJ EVEN BETTER and IT has an original plot,different from godfather.

@money_rain-yes.but you should be clear what you are expexting from a film.I watched this film with normal expectations(cortsey my senior) and was satisfied.I wasnt expexting A DARKL KNIGHT FROM IT.AS this whole marvel series is just time pass.Avengers is highly appreciated mostly because of Robert's comedy and some good SETpieces.thats why i think i will give it 4 out of 5.once again i will say.If i would have expected a Dark knight.then i would have given it 0 out of 5.ITs a 4 star movie because while givivng star i rate movies in their own genre.How many better ACTION COMEDIES can you name me?maybe one or two.so thats why i gave it 4.

I saw Cosmopolis trailer on youtube, my first though is "a lot of rats, and sex", quite a mysterious plot: "lost wife and all his fortune after a hair cut? really?"
I saw Prometheus trailer at the cinema, awesome feeling.
Definitely will see them, i like sci-fi movies (and mystery)

It happens in every film industry.if there is an outstanding movie and its a blockbuster or superhit.if a new movie(average or good 1 time watch) comes and surpasses its
box office gross then people start comparing those two.Some even create milestones of moronic thinking and say newer one is better.!!!
